The European Commission opened its new online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for alternative dispute resolution between consumers and online traders. Go to: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can reach us via the ODR. Normally, we will then contact you directly because we are not obliged to take part in a dispute resolution procedure in front of a consumer arbitration body.
